• Flavoring Syrups

• Sauces

  Gourmet sauces are the most popular way to flavor mochas and other signature drinks. Pre-portioned pumps make drink assembly both easy and consistent. Sauces also add elegance in drink and dessert presentation – top a mocha with chocolate sauce or make that coffeecake even more enticing with a drizzle of caramel sauce.

• Chocolate Powders

• Chai

  Chai is the word for “tea” in much of south Asia and many other parts of the world. In the United States, chai tea typically refers to the milky, spicy and slightly sweet tea beverage that has gained huge popularity. This chai is technically called masala chai, which originated in India many centuries ago and means spice tea. Recipes for this chai vary but all generally include black tea, a sweetener, milk and spices, such as ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon and pepper. Chai can be served hot, iced or blended and prepared from a concentrate or a powder mix.

• Smoothies/Fruit Purees

  Smoothies made with fruit puree offer customers an alternative to coffee. These drinks are easy to prepare, delicious and profitable! Fruit purees can also be used in bar drinks, iced tea, lemonade and as a dessert garnish. All of our smoothie lines are completely free of high fructose corn syrup and trans fat.
