Big Chaibowski cocktail-1The Big Chaibowski

  • 1oz vodka (optional)
  • 2oz Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate
  • 0.5oz espresso, cooled
  • 2oz milk, cold

    Combine vodka, concentrate, and espresso over ice. Top with milk. Garnish with a ribbon of orange peel and a cinnamon stick.

Hot Cider With Chai ButterHot Buttered West Cape Chai

  • 16oz apple cider, such as Mountain Cider
  • 4tsp West Cape Chai butter*

In a saucepan bring the cider to a boil. Turn heat to low and add the butter; whisk vigorously to melt and emulsify. Garnish with a cinnamon stick

*Finely grind 8g of Rishi West Cape Chai and mix it with 4oz soft butter.
