- 0.25oz Monin Cinnamon Bun Syrup
- 0.5oz Monin Caramel Sauce
- 2oz espresso
Sparkling Passion
- 1oz Dr. Smoothie Guava and Passion Fruit Smoothie
- 4oz Dr. Smoothie Blood Orange Refresher
- Sparkling water
Add drink bases to a 16oz cup filled with ice, top with sparkling
water and mix well.
Bee My Valentine
- 0.25oz Monin Honey Sweetener
- 0.25oz Monin Lavender Syrup
- 2oz Rishi Barista Matcha, prepared
- 8oz milk of choice, steamed
Add syrup and prepared matcha to a 12oz cup. Top with milk of
choice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender.

- Sparkling Wine of choice
Add puree to a champagne glass and top with sparkling wine.
